Oristano: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

Gute Kommunikation, super Ausstattung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage in Andreas Apartment und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Alles ist neu und wirklich schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen braucht und die Betten als auch das Sofa waren sehr bequem. Für die Kinder war es toll, dass wir den abgeschlossenen Außenbereich hatten und sie jederzeit raus konnten. Die Lage ist super: das Apartment befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und etwa 20-30min Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea und seiner Familie lief hervorragend. Er hat uns über alles Relevante informiert und schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt - wir kommen gern wieder!

Il nostro soggiorno ad Alghero è stato semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort, esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. La posizione era ottima, vicina al centro e al mare, ma in una zona tranquilla per riposare bene. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione è stata sempre chiara e veloce. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

Très bel appartement conforme à la description, avec un acceuil simple une communication facile et des petites attentions appréciées à l’arrivée. Je recommande.

Accueil attentionné : boissons fraîches au réfrigérateur pour un apéritif de bienvenue, placards bien garnis pour un repas à l’improviste avec tout un choix d’épices. Vraiment sympathique!!! Très bien situé pour les visites à pied dans Alghero. Merci Veronika!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung von Gabriella. Das Appartement ist etwas abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen und mit dem Auto sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens gut zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nur ca. 200 Meter entfernt und super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausstattung, Komfort und Zustand der Wohnung sind sehr gut. Gabriella als Gastgebein war immer erreichbar und hat und sofort weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden gerne noch mal wieder kommen! MERCI!!!! ❤️

casa dotata di tutti i comfort a 10' a piedi dalla spiaggia di Buggerru, 5' di macchina da spiaggia di San Nicolò, 15' da Cala Domestica e 30' da Porto Flavia. a 2 passi ci sono supermercato, ristoranti e mercato comunale. casa moderna, con a/c, lavastoviglie e lavatrice asciugatrice. arredata con tutti i comfort, letti comodi, parcheggio semplice. consigliata come base per esplorare questa parte della Sardegna. tornerei volentieri!

This was in a perfect location. Non-restricted beach access directly across the street. A short walk to the old town city center full of restaurants and fabulous shopping. We enjoyed our time here.

Soggiorno a casa Karmis perfetto. Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto, con tanti spazi e una terrazza meravigliosa vista mare. Pulizia della casa davvero eccellente, nonostante fosse grande non c’era nulla fuori posto né nulla che non fosse pulito e profumato. Ylenia è stata una persona davvero gentile, molto disponibile anche a darci consigli sul luogo, oltre che essere molto chiara nel fornirci tutte le informazioni della casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo giustissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

The home is spacious. If I had an Italian nonna, I imagine this is how her home would be. It is vintage indeed but, has all the amenities. The view of the Giara from one of the rooms is beautiful. It is a very small town and everyone seems to be knowing everyone else. There is a small market in town for basic essentials and some groceries. Genoveffa is an amazing host and answered all my questions promptly. She generously gave us some homegrown lemons and helped in making us feel right at home. We loved the home and enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung von Marisa ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders die Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig. Es ist an einer Straße gelegen und es war vom Schlafzimmer aus schon teilweise laut an der Straße. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt!

La casa si trova in posizione tranquilla, all’ingresso di San Leonardo. È fornita di tutto ed è circondata da un bellissimo giardino recintato, dove noi ei nostri tre cani si sono trovati benissimo. Intorno, oltre al parco raggiungibile in due minuti a piedi, ci sono itinerari fra i boschi che conducono a fonti appartate e nuraghi incredibili. Roberta è sempre disponibile per consigli e per qualsiasi necessità.

Tipica casa a torre, finemente ristrutturata e accessoriata letteralmente di tutto, a pochi metri dall'area pedonale, la casa di Mirko è l'ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax nella splendida cittadina di Bosa. Dal terrazzino all'ultimo piano la vista sul fiume Temo è impagabile. Mirko è l'host perfetto, non avremmo potuto desiderare di più. Summa cum laude.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Das alte sardische Haus ist toll renoviert und sehr sauber. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Pizzeria und eine sehr empfehlenswerte Pasticceria sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Simona und Luca sind tolle Gastgeber. Also eine super Basis, um den Südwesten Sardiniens zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten fast zwei Wochen in Matteos Unterkunft. Wir waren von der idyllischen Lage und der großen Unterkunft sehr begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, weshalb man definitiv einen Mietwagen braucht um sie zu erreichen. Ungefähr einen Kilometer in der gleichen Straße gab es zwei Restaurants (Fogo und Villasole) welche uns beide sehr gefallen haben. Alles in allem entspricht die Unterkunft der Beschreibung und hat uns sehr zugesagt. Gerne wieder!

Thank you Antioco for everything. Place was perfect, cozy and beautyfull :) Sardinia is amazing Island. Big greatfull for allbthe recommendation where to eat, buy and what to visit, but the most for the fact rhat you was always available and open for every question :)

Der Aufenthalt bei Gabrielle war einfach perfekt. Die Begrüßung war so herzlich das man sich gleich wie Zuhause gefüllt hat. Gabrielle hat uns tolle Tipps für die umliegenden Strände und Restaurants gegeben und war immer für uns erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man gebraucht hat und der Ausblick war einfach magisch. Die Altstadt von Alghero war wunderschön und ca. 15 min entfernt. Der Supermarkt war direkt gegenüber und so hat es uns, an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für Alles, Gabriella ❤🥰😍🌸🌷

Just a few minutes walk from the historic center of Alghero. The private parking is a plus given the crowded street parking. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and carries all the things needed for a short stay.

L'appartamento è molto carino e ben tenuto, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il grande terrazzo davvero sfruttabile. L'alloggio è in posizione più defilata rispetto al centro, che però rimane molto comodo da raggiungere, in una zona molto tranquilla della città. Antonio è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutta la settimana. Se avete intenzione di fermarvi ad Alghero questa casa vacanze è super consigliata!!

The place is so good that we almost don't want to share it as it might reduce our chances for next year. BUT we have been to Alghero more than 15 times and this is the best place we have stayed at. And listen to this, the beds were soft, not the usual Italian planks. Thanx for great stay!

tutto perfetto..casa spaziosa, pulita, poco fuori dal centro e quindi tranquillissima. ottima posizione sia per il mare la mattina che per la sera ad Alghero. consigliata alla grande

Logement tres propre, tres bien equipe et tres bien place. Il n'y a pas de fenetre a part la porte d'entree mais c'est aussi ce qui donne le charme, vous etes en.plein centre historique. Donc tres bien pour 2-3 jours. Luca est tres disponible des que besoin. Indispensable selon moi de prendre la reservation du parking.
