The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

Lorna's place felt like a home away from home. The comfortable and welcoming atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. Ma'am Delfa was incredibly accommodating – we were able to check in early thanks to her flexibility, and she even offered to help us with our luggages which went above and beyond our expectations. Located steps from Luneta Park and Intramuros, check-in was seamless and the cozy unit immediately felt like home. The balcony’s view of Manila Bay and Luneta Park is simply stunning. A wonderful stay! I’ll definitely be back. 😊

Jin's place is always incredibly tidy! We've been to her apartment over 10 times already. Whenever we need a place to stay in Makati, Jin is our first choice without a doubt. The minute you walk in, you can sense the love and attention she gives to keeping it clean. Every room is beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere rather than just a place to crash. It's no surprise we keep returning; her welcoming nature makes each visit memorable.

We had a comfortable stay! The place is so nice and super clean. We love lounging at the sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with all the things you need and the condiments provided were lifesaver! Sir Ryan is very accomodating, responsive, and kind. He made sure that we're having a great time. We allso enjoyed resting at the balcony with the view of the pool, garden and city. Overall, this place is highly recommended! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Kath's place. Checkin was a breeze, WiFi was reliable and high speed and consistent. Clean bathrooms and toilets. Comfortable beds. Several nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Host was very responsive. The security guards also helped carry our groceries and luggage, and they are super friendly. Only caveat at location was that there was no elevator. I did see some buttons and a closed door, maybe the elevator is only for commercial use? Not sure.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

We all slept peacefully after driving around Pampanga visiting churches. Thank you for providing the free ensaymada and coffee. We also appreciate being able to get essentials in the stock room. We'll definitely consider booking here when we visit Pampanga again.

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

I had an outstanding stay at this condo! The unit was impeccably clean, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from the Mall of Asia, NBI, and the US Embassy, which made my trip so convenient. The building is secure and has excellent amenities, including a paid-pool access. The co-host, Ms. Nimpha was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Thanks a million Ms. Nimpha.
