I cannot say enough about Katy’s home. It really was a home & a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. This was the most well-appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed at. More kitchen items than I could even imagine. Katy even provided some light breakfast & snack items to get us started on our first day/night. Having access to the garage was amazing!! The backyard was HUGE, lovely deck and fireplace, plus dog friendly. Although I didn’t have a dog with me, it would’ve been perfection. The dining & living room were simply decorated & beautiful, no clutter. The bedrooms were perfect. The beds were comfortable & the linens were cozy. The bathrooms had everything & then some, including a very cute amenities bowl with everything you could need & then some. Adorable front porch in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Katy was helpful, responsive & very welcoming. I will absolutely stay here again!!

Ed’s place was perfect for our quick getaway. His house is just as described. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of the sound/intercostal and unique canals. Easy walk (4 min) to the beach and short (5 min) drive to the heart of Surf City and the bridge. Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need. Ed is very responsive, and a great host. We’d love to return.

I always love staying here. It’s perfect for the 2 of us and our dogs. Very cozy and comfortable and just steps to the beach. I make a drink, leash the dogs, grab a chair and am on the beach in 2 minutes or less. It’s absolutely perfect and with the south facing beach you can enjoy both the gorgeous sunrise and beautiful sunset over the ocean!

The location is walkable to so many shops, restaurants, the pier and the beach. We parked our car and didn’t move it for 5 days. The house was so clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, air fryer, coffee maker, etc. The area was very quiet. There was always plenty of room on the beach. Our kids loved being able to walk to the park and such beautiful scenery along the way. We plan to come back!

This was a delightful place to stay as we celebrated our 57th anniversary. Super clean with most comfortable beds and furniture. We spent the weekend trying different restaurants and look forward to coming again.

This place was exactly as listed. The access to the beach made it so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

The house was exactly as described and was very clean except for a few sticky spots on the kitchen table and the half wall dividing the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen was well-stocked in terms of dishes, cutlery, and spices, although we did not see any oil or ketchup or other condiments handy, so be sure to bring those with you if desired. If you want to rent a kayak, stand-up paddle board, or any other beach equipment, we had a great experience using Topsail Beach Service (dot) com - they delivered it right to the house with free delivery and pickup, including the paddles and life jackets, making it super easy to explore the sound from the dock/boat launch!

The house was gorgeous and we felt right at home! Would absolutely stay again!

Gena's place was wonderful. The hot tub was amazing and very private; we loved the layout. The surrounding area was picturesque, with beautiful views all around and wonderful for children. The home was very functional and accommodating. Gena is very responsive and quick to take steps in addressing any concerns. We would certainly stay here again.

Jeff and Julie’s home was perfect for our family beach trip! The heated pool was clean and the grounds felt private from nearby homes. Jeff and Julie were friendly, accommodating, and helpful leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again :)

We loved this place, felt like home, so many activities around the house to do and very spacious. Jonathan had very great communication when asking him anything before getting the Airbnb and during our stay. We would totally love to come back again.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway on Topsail Island. Jopseph's place is very spacious, even when staying with two couples you'd have plenty of room in case of bad weather. Getting to the beach is less than three minute walk and a popular bar and small convenience store are right across the street, so you won't even need your car.

it was very relaxing, was able to sit on the gazebo, walk the beach, see a sunset and sunrise and go to the pool,it was a great weekend!

Our stay at Pamela’s was great. We were only one minute walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need! Communication with her was great too. We hope we can come back next year!

Karen and her husband went over the top to make us feel welcome. Kindness and real southern hospitality were so appreciated as we dealt with a pipe leak and flood at my moms house down the road. The guest house was clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lovely, Lovely people! Thank you so much Karen!

Exactly as described and pictured! When entering the spacious, cozy and comfortable home I only felt welcomed. Maybe it was the responsiveness from the Creekwood Cottage Team or the cleanliness, dust free space, or labeling for lights, or ceiling fans, that’s wholly appreciated. The mattresses were heaven sent…I am short 5’1, had to climb to get onto the bed in my room -2nd bedroom, however, worth the climb! Restful, sound sleep with a ceiling fan to boot! Roku TV’s in each room with nightstands and lamps. Their attention to every detail is remarkable. It’s the little things for me. Extra towels, blankets, games and yes, peace. Quiet, safe neighborhood with folks walking pets and kids. I loved coming home from the quick drive downtown New Bern after a day of exploring. Grocery stores, Harris Teeter, Food Lion and restaurants close by. Did not venture into the game room, or cook in the kitchen or hang out in the fenced back yard but next time will do! Love this space!!

My husband and I loved the cozy cottage by the bay. The view is absolutely breathtaking and it is quiet and private. It was the perfect getaway we needed. Violet is so kind and responsive. She knows all about what’s around in the area. We had everything we needed at the cottage. We didn’t have to bring sheets or towels which was a huge plus. Me and my husband had a great weekend! We checked in Friday and then Saturday drove down to Harkers Island to hop on the ferry to cape lookout where we saw the horses and Cape Lookout lighthouse. Afterwards we grabbed lunch at Fish Hook and then came back to Cedar Island and walked the Lola Road Trail. That night we went to Wild Wills Revenge for the prime rib dinner and it was the best prime rib we’ve had! It’s only 15 minutes from the cottage! If you’re looking for a quiet and slow weekend then this is the place to go. Be surrounded by friendly locals and the beauty of nature.

Check- in was a breeze. Location is convenient and peaceful. Plenty of room for the dogs to expend some energy. Andrea was very responsive and flexible!
