Large studio unit attached to our family home in HPP, a rural subdivision in Puna on Hawai‘i Island. 20 min from Hilo Int'l Airport & 40 min from Volcanoes NP. We have 2 large dogs, Jack & Boogie, a big blind pig, Lilo, and many cats. They bark/chuff and will be excited to meet you. If you aren't comfortable around large dogs and a blind pig this is not the place for you. Animal noises, incl. coqui frogs, are part of this rural space. You agree to all "House Rules" by instantly booking.

Our 20th Avenue Hale is located in a safe, and peaceful community. In a short driving distance from this bb is a popular 2.5 mile hike to a beautiful secluded beach with turtles relaxing on the shores. Down the other end of the road about a 2min drive you'll enjoy the paradise view of the pacific ocean with waves crashing against the cliffs. Up the mountain top visit the most spectacular view of the lava flow lighting up the night sky.

Country Guest Home

If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.
