Great walkable location! We loved having the two stories with the bedrooms upstairs and living room/kitchen downstairs. It was helpful staying with the kids and having our own spaces. Michael is very responsive in answering all our needs and even went above and beyond and got a French press for coffee. The only complaint I would have is there was some noise from the neighbors a TV going on most of the time (all night long for a week) but it eventually sounded like white noise. The neighbor on the other side was partying late into the night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again as it only happened on the last night we were there. Our favorite part was the garage full of beach toys! The kids and I walked to the beach each day and use the boogie boards and the beach pails to build sand castles It was really great!

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Place perfectly met our needs, it was clean and the pool was great. Beach was amazing and the easy access made our stay. Hosts had great comms and absolutely would return!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

We had a wonderful stay--you can't beat the location of this house! Having the beach so close was amazing, and we loved the rooftop deck with partial ocean view and the beautiful pool area in the backyard. We also liked how walkable the neighborhood is, with nice wide sidewalks that make it easy to share with all the folks out enjoying the sunshine. It was the perfect relaxing beach vacation!

Our stay was a small family reunion . My daughter, and her 3 sons, my grandson’s. My niece and nephew who were local and visited often with their spouses and children. The quality and comfort of the beds , the bedding and towels was superior. Everyone swam all day , everyday. We hosted meals for friends and our local families. There is so much room outside and an incredible amount of tables and seating , with sun and shade options. We walked to the beach everyday to watch the sunrise and swim in the ocean . In the evening we walked around town and had ice cream at Kilwins. The boys played lots of basketball and my daughter and I rode your bikes. Our last morning we walked to the beach and saw a 4:15 am Space Ex rocket launch before leaving for the airport at 4:45. I apologize if anything was left undone . We tried very hard to leave it as you instructed . The house was so spacious and perfect for our family. Thank you very much.

Great location, walkable to the beach and the amenities at the home made for a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated the amount of resources for guest use such as yoga mats, bikes, beach wagon, beach towels, and toys. Would definitely stay here again.

The is easily the most beautiful rental home my family has stayed in — gorgeous finishings and super comfortable furniture and beds. The views were unbelievable and close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions pre and post check in.

Great vacation great home & perfect location

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever rented. By far. The location is perfect… The hostess was amazing. She should write a manual for other Airbnb hosts on how to do it. Her place was perfect. She thought of everything. One small problem and she handled it right away. Very very nice and professional person and a great place to rent! Definitely a return trip is in order.

We had a great stay at Casey’s place in Vero Beach! The design of the home is really cute and on trend. Everything was clean when we arrived and there was a custom welcome sign and snacks that made us feel so welcome! This home is perfect for families. We stayed as a family of 5 plus a set of grandparents and had plenty of space (had one bedroom to spare!). The house has pack n plays, a high chair, a skip hop bouncer, a booster seat, baby pool floatie…everyone knows how difficult it is to travel with children and all of these amenities just made it that much easier. The street is private and filled with families as well. The beach is narrow but completely private and beautiful. We would definitely stay at Casey’s place again.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The house, the pool, and the beachfront location was absolutely incredible! We spent so much time on the private beach and in the pool. Lindsey was an excellent host and made sure to answer every question immediately. The house had everything we needed and the local town had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation!!

Cool place to hang out. Walk down to the pier and the tiki bars was great. Watching the fishermen feed the pelican might be the highlight. Great boat watching as they come through the cut. A prime location the only issue is you have to go outside for the view:)

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

I think my family found our new favorite spot! House was amazing! Private and easy beach access. House was very unique and we loved everything about it!

Excellent choice for vacation. House was easy to find and as pictured in listing, except for the newly updated beds in the bedrooms which were very comfortable and the new patio furniture. The place is fully furnished and we appreciated the half bath on the main level. There was ample necessities provided and all cleaning supplies. Pictures do not do the path to the beach justice, it is honestly a short walk from the deck steps. Perfect vacation location and Amy was very easy to work with.

This was our third year spent at Seamark Condos and second at Kelly’s condo and we have already booked our return trip for next year. This place is our own private Alice of paradise. The condo is not fancy but has everything we need and it always clean. It is perfect for our family of three. The condo walking out to the beach is perfect. The beach is clean, has great shells to find, and is awesome to catch a rocket launch from. The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. Across the street is Surfin Turtle Ice Cream and down the block is the Salty Bagel - both of which we walked to and enjoyed every day. Kelly is always so responsive and kind. She periodically checks in to make sure everything is going well. We absolutely love staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Angela’s place! Communication was quick and easy. The home was clean and matched the description perfectly. We especially loved the direct beach access and the unique layout of the house, which offers several cozy spots to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. Grocery stores and local restaurants are close by. Angela provides lots of helpful guest information about nearby restaurants and activities. A special highlight: we visited Cape Canaveral several times (about an hour away) and even saw three rocket launches—some directly from the house! The tasteful decor and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
