Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!

Great in town location, recently renovated kitchen and bath, Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, and nicely appointed with dedicated workspace, off street parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We host Travelers for the local hospital and other medical facilities. Pet Notes: Pets are to be approved in advance, Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. Great 3 bedroom home on the water. Perfect for family vacations, a weekend getaway or a stay for local fishing tournaments. This home is on a quiet cove that opens up to the larger lake. Get the best of both worlds. The cove is perfect for paddle boating, kayaking, fishing off the dock, grilling on the deck, or just relaxing on the screened porch enjoying the view. But, with the private dock you can bring your boats and jet skis to enjoy the entire lake.
