Diese beinhaltet E-Herd, Backrohr, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Eierkocher usw. Das gesamte Haus ist klimatisiert. In den Badezimmern ist jeweils eine Regendusche vorhanden und auch ein Haarfön. Im Master-Schlafzimmer haben sie, so wie im Wohnraum auch, einen Flachbildfernseher zur Verfügung.
