Cute vacation house surrounded by green area

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Villa se sastoji od open-space prostora koji obuhvaća dnevni boravak s blagovaonicom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom, klima uređaj i direktan izlaz na terasu uz bazen. Na raspolaganju su tri spavaće sobe – dvije s bračnim krevetom i jedna s dva odvojena kreveta za po jednu osobu. Sve spavaće sobe opremljene su klima uređajem i TV-om. Gostima su na raspolaganju i tri kupaonice (tuš/WC). Besplatan Wi-Fi Internet. Parkirno mjesto za do 3 automobila na parceli.
