Nalazi se u mirnoj ulici. Udaljen oko 300 m od plaža, centra i marketa. Stan je prostran sa dvije spavaće sobe, velikim dnevnim boravkom i kuhinjom. Odlikuje se velikom terasom, oko 30m2, koja je opremljena garniturom za sjedenje i garniturom za ručavanje. Pogodan za obitelji sa više djece. Fažana je malo turističko mjesto sa mnogo sadržaja prilagođenih našim gostima. Prelijepa šetnica uz koju se nalaze i plaže u dužini od oko 7 km proteže se uz samo more.
