Naš studio nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući s četiri apartmana, a gostima su na raspolaganju zajednički bazen, dvorište i roštilj. Posebna pogodnost za naše goste je besplatan ulaz i parking u kampu Mon Perin, poznatom po prekrasnim plažama i brojnim sadržajima. Bale su idealna polazišna točka za istraživanje Istre, njezinih plaža, slikovitih gradića, biciklističkih staza i vrhunske gastronomije.

Cook and Grill outside by the pool, enjoy your sunny holiday the right way! This holiday home is located 15 min from Rovinj, 15 min from Pula. It has a 3.000 m2 fenced garden and a Swimming pool of 32m2. In the garden is a Summer kitchen that you will love! This house offers a great outdoor experience! The house comes with two apartments, fully equipped, and you are getting both! If you come with friends, you can still enjoy your privacy. Perfect for families with kids, friends and pets!

Casa Porta Verde Bale

Casa Porta Verde is located in the beautiful Istrian gem Bale on the Rovinj (12km) - Pula (29km) road. It is 6km inland, and down the road is beautiful Mon Perin Camping (for which free entrance card is included in the price, incl. free Aquapark Wibit) and Paleo Park (adult daily ticket 40 HRK). Bicycle and hiking routs intertwine the area. The house is located in a small peaceful square within the old city. It is ideal for relaxed family vacation and offers true experience of Istria's best.

Villa Vallese Bale

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.
