Our 19th century farmhouse, 5 miles south of Geneva on Seneca Lake wine trail, is the ideal base from where to explore the gorgeous Finger Lakes region. Our organic farm offers hiking trails - great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing too - through meadows, creek, woods and gully for the nature lovers with access to our lake across the road for a swim, a canoe, kayak or rowboat adventure. We provide it all:)) ... and, YES, we finally installed a brand new portable AC unit and it works!

We R 2.5+- miles 2 historic main street retail/ restaurants/ music/etc. All guests R 2 B registered/paid for 2 B permitted on property even if they're just stopping in. Dock&water stairs are not in the water but the outdoor seating is waiting to be used by my guests. Pets welcome for a fee.

Decorated with antiques, oriental rugs over heart pine floors, paintings and miscellaneous antiquities. Full breakfast served on bone china. Relax in the living room in front of the fireplace and enjoy music from extensive collection of vinyl records (a few CD's too). Bring home a bottle of wine or some artisan beer and enjoy on the covered porch. The B&B is located in the Finger Lakes Region in near proximity to Keuka Lake.
