The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

Our place is just minutes from the beach by car and steps from community tennis courts, fitness center, and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We are about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and Wilmington. Two beach chairs are available for your use. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!
