Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Free WiFi 😊 Early check in, late Disclosure- we do have surveillance cameras installed on the property

Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Brand new Construction (2024): Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish apartment adjoined to a small ranch home but with its own private entrance and patio. On 5 private acres, just 3 miles to the village of Skaneateles, 4 miles to downtown Auburn, and quick/easy access to several amenities including the Skaneateles Lake boat launch, the Owasco Lake boat launch, Anyela’s winery, the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse performing arts theater, the Finger Lake wineries, and more. Enjoy your stay!

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Spotless ranch 2 miles to village & beautiful yard

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

The Orchard Overlook is situated in the middle of our 1,000 acre apple orchard. This house truly has it all. Heated pool + new hot tub in addition to a gym, wood burning fire place, a fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect house to stay at to enjoy everything the country has to offer. Escape from it all, relax and enjoy special time. Or catch a show, go apple picking or enjoy a tasting at Apple Hill. The #1 apple orchard in the country is 3 minutes away!

Lovely interior furnishings with your comfort in mind. You are within close reach to the Skaneateles Polo Fields, a free public boat launch, Skaneateles Country Club, wedding venues and a winery. This newer home is fresh, clean and cozy!

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
