We love The Vilino and this is the second time we've celebrated a special date here. Beautiful surroundings, thoughtful staples and welcome goodies on arrival, and Stay Waiheke are so good to deal with. Fabulous food within walking distance in every direction and the most beautiful, private space.

We have just had a wonderful week at Angee’s place. Very close to the beach and cafes. Little and Friday is an easy work. Wild wheat is just around the corner. We found Angee’s place very clean and tidy. Angee was great to communicate with very. We would recommend this as a great stay.

Another great stay for our crew working in the area. Nice place for while working away :)

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

We had a comfy stay during our explore of Auckland. Conveniently close to the airport. Clean and modern decor, cozy beds, very nice space!

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

We stayed a month in Celia's house and enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the proximity to Mission Bay, Orakei Domain and good shopping opportunities. Celia welcomed us into the house and showed us around the very homely accommodation with everything you need. There is a nice bike path from Orakei Domain into the city center, and good opportunities to rent or buy used bikes. A huge luxury was the wonderful view you have from the house over Orakei and Auckland harbor, we enjoyed it every day and evening from the terrace. Celia was a lovely host and always quick to respond to any questions and queries. Would love to go back.

We had a great comfortable two night stay at Tracy's place. It is very handy to Howick village and New World supermarket. It was great to have a carport and private outdoor area and entrance.

Trish was a Gem! She was so helpful and concerned about our comfort and rest. She provided a great place to relax and walk to the beach! Her gardens and patio were so comfortable and exciting we didn't need to go anywhere! Hope to see her again some day!

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

Well what a view welcomed us as we entered Jos fab place!!! 🤩 We had such a great time. Clean and comfy especially the bed… we slept so well. Absolutely loved watching the bird life from the windows… so many Kingfishers!! The walk way to the beach was really great and such a lovely place to stroll at anytime of the day. Jo was so helpful and friendly yet left us to it giving us our privacy. Everything was great and we have already recommended it to others! 👍

Located close to beaches, forests, and wineries this is an ideal accommodation with very congenial hosts. The unit is immaculately clean and fresh looking and makes the most of a small space for breakfast prep. Honestly, she’s thought of almost everything you could need. Lauren provided info on nearby hiking and stores and restaurants when I had specific interests. We even shared a walk with her dog Molly one morning to nearby beaches I had yet to visit. There are lots of hills around, even the driveway is quite steep, so best to have a car if you’re not reasonably fit and don’t enjoy that type of exercise. Coming home at night, it’s quite dark near the house, but she provides a flashlight or you could use your mobile flashlight.. Overall, a wonderful stay, lots of fresh air, exercise, beautiful nature, peaceful environment in a very comfortable apartment. Thank you Lauren. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again..

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

We stayed at Linda’s the night before our flight. It was close to the airport, walkable to restaurants and along the water. In the morning we walked up an extinct volcano across the street with many locals. A superb ending to our trip. Linda was kind and communicated rapidly. We thought our flight to the States was going to be canceled, and was able to communicate with Linda who would have let us return short notice. Comfortable bed, and good amount of space. Lovely outdoor sitting area. Cant recommend enough.

Barry & Antoinette were friendly & welcoming, opening their home to us. Always happy to assist if or when we needed. Barry & Antoinette’s home was immaculately clean, organised and the rooms were spacious. They also provided a very generous & enjoyable continental breakfast that set us up for our day out.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

We loved our brief stay at Colin and Aitu's place! The setting is so peaceful and we could not have felt more comfortable after a day of fun on Waiheke. The rooms are spacious, plush, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious (amazing fruit!) and we would have loved a longer stay. We would love to visit again and recommend a stay here.

This was an outstanding place to stay. Modern, clean, and super tastefully renovated space in a beautiful area of Auckland and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, parks and shops. I would highly recommend. Judith and Gerard were the perfect hosts giving me privacy yet open, friendly and had great recommendations. Next time I come to Auckland I would definitely stay here. Great accommodation. We had a sports team of ten players stay across two of the three units on this site. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities great and just a 15 minute drive from our venue (Bruce Pulman). All in all an excellent stay.

Amazing! The house is so beautiful and clean. Lots of big windows and nice lounge area. Bozena&Murray are super nice. They prepared amazing breakfast for us every morning. Bozena even took us to see glow worms to the street in their property, it was so magical! It was raining + public holiday so we couldn’t go out much, but it was so nice to relax in this beautiful house. There are some supermarkets, wineries and restaurants around.

A wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Jacqui epitomises hospitality. Comms before hand and engagement while there was outstanding. Jacqui went above and beyond to meet our dietary requirements. Have left well rested and well fed.
