Charming home with hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, and original details in the faculty neighborhood close to UW-L campus and Downtown. Are you visiting La Crosse to paddle, fish, hike, bike, or ski? With bluff views, the Bicycle Professor's Bungalow is close to it all. My home is a ten minute walk to the marvelous Marsh Trail system that links the University to Downtown. I will happily offer tips for restaurants, walks, bicycle rides and places to ski. The Driftless terrain is endless!

Cheerful Cottage Near the Bay

Relax into the slower pace of river life. We are located on a laid back street where everyone is ready with a friendly wave or a driveway chat. The boat landing is just a mile away. The house is stylish and comfortable. We hope to provide our guest with whatever the need for a few days away. We are in a high PFAs area so bottled water is provided for guest consumption. Quiet neighborhood just minutes to downtown La Crosse and the movie theatre. Upon entering you are greeted with an open floorplan. All bedrooms are located on one level. The main bedroom sleeps 2. The cozy bedroom #2 sleeps 1. In the living room an oversized sectional has a pull out bed that sleeps 2. Pet fee is $25 with a maximum of 2.

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf. Pets are welcome. Come stay at our cozy and comfortable two bedroom cottage located in a quiet neighborhood with views and access to Lake Onalaska. Walk across the street to hiking/biking trails. Near the Great River State Bike Trail. The Lake Onalaska canoe/kayak trail goes past our shoreline. Two sit on top kayaks and two easy ride bicycles are included. There are fishing boat rentals nearby or you can fish from the shore while enjoying Lake Onalaska's famous sunsets. No cleaning fee!
