I had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Salalah, Oman. The property was spotless and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for unwinding. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The host was great at communicating everything we needed to know and offering extra recommendations. It’s a really great location for travelling around this part of Oman, we hired a car which I would definitely recommend. The villa had direct access to the swimming area, it felt like your own private pool, and the beach was a short walk away. I’d suggest going to a supermarket in Salalah as the market in Hawana was limited. Overall a very peaceful and relaxing break away 👍

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Het huis was compleet precies wat je nodig hebt als familie! Met diverse Ingebouwde apparatuur in de keuken. Op loopafstand naar de zee en zwembad. Er waren niet voldoende handdoeken aanwezig in het huis maar na contact te hebben gemaakt met Arshad kregen we direct meer handdoeken. De communicatie met Arshad was prettig en reageerd heel snel! Dankjewel voor het verblijf!

I recently stayed at this villa for three nights with my three young children and a baby, and I can honestly say it was a five-star experience. The villa is beautifully maintained and located in a stunning spot, right in the middle of the mountains with breathtaking views. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. He was always in good contact with us, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay even more comfortable. The villa itself is in excellent condition, very clean, and equipped with everything you could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, which was a real highlight, especially with the amazing mountain scenery all around. We came mainly for peace and quiet, and this villa offered exactly that. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also explored some restaurants nearby and enjoyed some great meals. As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

The villa was one of the nicest villas in The Wave Muscat. Close to the pool, ample parking. Short Walk to the main area packed with restaurants, shops, and a vibrant nightlife. Naseer personally came to the villa to welcome us and even invited us to his private home with his family to drink coffee. The villa is minutes away from the Muscat airport. A drivable distance from mutrah souk, mall of Oman, etc. The stay was well worth the price and if o could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique les enfants ont aimé le coin jeux ainsi que la piscine. C’était très propre. Un endroit calme et apaisant pour pouvoir se relaxer. Merci je recommande.

Très bon séjour, et l'hôte nous à facilité une arrivée précoce, les 3 chambres étaient parfaites, les salles de bain et la cuisine également. La partie extérieure était très agréable. Un très bon séjour à recommander.
