Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με διπλό κρεββάτι στο κάθε δωμάτιο. Διαθέτει πλήρη κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ατομική θέρμανση και κλιματισμό. Το διαμέρισμα έχει μπαλκόνια παντού και μπροστά έχει σαλόνι μπαλκονιού. Πίσω υπάρχει κήπος με δέντρα. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα και για βρεφικό κρεββατάκι αν ζητηθεί στην κράτηση.
