This newly remodeled house which accommodates up to 9 guests is located conveniently in proximity to the airport and the downtown. All furniture and appliances are brand-new and the entire house is in a pristine condition with shining hardwood floors. High speed Wi-Fi and 65" TV hooked up with Xfinity cable guarantee a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials to cook&dine in the house. New washer and dryer are in the utility room. All there is exclusively for our guests.

The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.
