Ons appartement ligt in het centrum van Deurningen. Het is onderdeel van een gebouw met meerdere appartementen. Vroeger was dit gebouw een Bakkerij met winkel en woonhuis waarnaar het nu is vernoemd. Het appartement is nieuw en volledig duurzaam ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het appartement is gesitueerd op de 1e en 2e verdieping. Het woonoppervlak is 65m2. Op de tweede verdieping is een loggia waar je fijn buiten kan zitten en genieten van de avondzon. Op verzoek is ontbijt mogelijk.

The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Hidden from the outside world lies this cabin, in a large city garden in the eastern part of Enschede. It’s 10 minutes by bike to the city center and also to the beautiful countryside. It has it's own entrance path and amenities for work (wifi, small computertable), for cooking and an outside porch for your finest relaxing moments, also in cold and reainy weather. The guest-bathroom is in the main house and accessible from outside. There's free parking in front of the house.

The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Een garage is aanwezig om eventuele (elektrische) fietsen veilig te kunnen stallen. Optioneel is er een ontbijtmand bij te bestellen (€25 euro) die we dan klaar zetten om zelf op een te kiezen tijdstip klaar te maken en te gebruiken. Handdoeken/keukendoeken zijn aanwezig.

Je kunt hier heerlijk vertoeven en even helemaal tot rust komen. Maximaal 4 gasten. Geen huisdieren. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Bushalte op 200 meter, winkels op 500 meter. 2 gratis leenfietsen aanwezig.
