My name is Chrissy and I’m the host of this fantastic space. My husband and I are passionate about the Sacramento area so we bought a historic home and remodeled it from the ground up. We’re located in Downtown so EVERYTHING is close! We also have gated parking for free! We have really tried to make this a cozy spot for you! We have priced our units to be competitive but upon arrival, we think you will be pleased with some of the extras we supply.

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
