Overlooking the gardens at Ferris Farm, our family-owned specialty cut flower farm, this charming cottage offers a peaceful retreat to relax and reconnect with nature. Use the cottage as your home base to explore beaches, or head into Portland for breweries, coffee shops, and great dining. Perfect for a solo retreat, romantic escape, or work getaway.

The Pine Grove

Newly rebuilt - the Pine Grove is air conditioned and features a 10 by 14 ft deck, a brand new bathroom with tub, bedroom closets, and a full kitchen. It is one half of two charming rustic cottages set on a single plot on a leafy side-street. This cottage is wedged in a "grove" of tall majestic pine trees that provide an abundant supply of shade and breeze, pine cones, needles and all. It is great for families with children and a short walk (.4 of a mile) through the neighborhood to the beach.

Welcome to a relaxing stay on the shores of Great East Lake. Swing in the hammock while listening to the cry of the loons. Or enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the quiet cove from your covered porch. 100 feet of shoreline in the calm 3rd basin of the lake. This entire basin is a "no-wake" zone which allows safe swimming for the whole family. Enjoy fishing, search for turtles, or explore beyond the cove using the canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards. Dock your own boat at the 24' aluminum dock.
