We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

Sylvia’s place was perfect. The bathroom is huge and super clean. We loved the balcony and were sitting outside every morning and evening. It is very quaint. It’s a short five minute walk to the beach. We had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to put our beach stuff in. We did have to share those things with the other unit but it worked out. We will definitely stay at Sylvia‘s place here in Fort Myers Beach again. Perfect little getaway! Highly recommend.

We just loved our stay. The home is perfectly situated near the beach and restaurants. Our family felt comfortable and the host included all the amenities needed.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Mario was a great host and better person. Would recommend to anyone visiting fort myers. 10/10

Our stay in this apartment in Naples was wonderful! An exceptional value and great location—restaurants, beach, shopping, etc., all within 15 minutes. The place was very clean and Katie was quick to answer any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed the main pool and gym and taking walks around the property in the evening. The pool closest to the apartment was being worked on while we were there, so hopefully future guests will be able to enjoy it soon!

Beautiful condo, great layout,very comfortable beds, high ceilings and loved the outdoor balcony. We really enjoyed the bicycles and used them to ride to the beach and watch a gorgeous sunset. We relaxed sunbathing with the colorful provided beach towels and dipping in the refreshing outdoor pool. Great location, near everything with an excellent Italian restaurant rated number 1 with a 40 year history across the street!!

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Nuestra estadía en Nápoles fue inolvidable gracias a este departamento acogedor y céntrico, ubicado a solo una cuadra de la playa y del pier de Nápoles. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El departamento era cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda para una familia de 4 integrantes. La ubicación era perfecta, a solo una cuadra de la playa y del pier de Nápoles, y a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad. Podíamos caminar fácilmente a la mayoría de los lugares de interés turístico y disfrutar de la vida nocturna de la ciudad. Sin duda, recomendaría este departamento a cualquiera que busque una experiencia auténtica en Nápoles cerca de la playa.

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

This is a great place in a community of many similar places you'd expect to find in South Florida. easy access to Naples and the surrounding areas, 35 straight line minutes to the airport. Place was nice, recently renovated, solidly equiped for a longer stay. Enjoyed it!
