Chantale is an amazing host! I like that she takes the time to break down the house rules. This helps understand why certain rules are in place. Chantale is inviting and checks in to ensure you are comfortable. She definitely goes above and beyond. We were able to do an early check-in and had the option for a later check out. Tim is such a great host. This is without a doubt the best Airbnb i have stayed in so far. With 2 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms and two living rooms with couches made it so my bridal party could stay with us the weekend of our wedding. The pool ans deck area were beautiful. The house was immaculate. Tim also is great at communicating. I just cannot say enough nice things about this host and this house.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! We had a great time over a holiday weekend! The house was close to a few places to get necessities and a few places to eat. It was within a half hour to a few ski areas also, which was the main plan of our trip. The house was beautiful and clean. Thr sauna and hot tub were great features of the home. We got a good amount of snow while there and Julian was quick to keep us updated on having the driveway plowed. The area is beautiful wotha lake view. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for our two families. Everything was clean and in goof shape when we arrived.

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.

Our stay at Fuad’s place was nothing but wonderful! His home was spotless, spacious, and felt very homey for my family and I. I stayed with my husband and 14 month old daughter, and Fuad was nothing but accommodating. He offered to leave toys for my daughter to play with, which we thought was very thoughtful! We needed to check out a day early due to my husband’s work, and Fuad was able to accommodate our request which we very much appreciated! We would definitely recommend/stay here again if we were ever in the area! Thank you again, Fuad!

Comfortable, cozy stay, close to the lake, house was fully furnished with everything necessary especially in the kitchen. Quick responses from home owner and flexible which was convenient. Early check -in and late check-out was a plus also

The home was in pristine condition. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked. The bathrooms had the fluffiest towels and robes. We loved the decor and all the gorgeous plants. The street is quiet and private. We will definitely book here again if we get the opportunity.

Super easy check-in, centrally located, and very clean. Everything our family needed for our stay. Juan was easy to reach out to and responsed quickly. A great spot in the Mohawk Valley.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house felt comfortable and clean from the second we walked in. Definitely a great stay when looking to ride. Close to restaurants and some cool trail systems!

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. My only note, and this is nothing against the host, but the neighborhood was not really quiet. Some really loud kids yelling, screaming, ect around. Not a big deal really for us, but if you need some quiet during the day its something to note.

June & Mark are fantastic hosts! They are very proactive and communicative making each step very easy. Their home is lovely and comfortable, and it was impeccably clean! The multiple bedrooms all with comfortable beds made this perfect for our group of 6. I highly recommend their Airbnb for your travels. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Charlene was extremely responsive- low key, loved being welcomed into a cozy, family friendly environment.
