We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. It is in a quiet location on the edge of Wehnaston village. The garden is a great place to sit with views across fields towards the west. The cottage itself is very well equipped and the bedrooms and lounges are very comfortable. Stuart was a very responsive host. We enjoyed some great walks and bike rides as well as easy access to surrounding towns and villages. Highly recommended.

It’s our second time staying at Kate’s place. We love it - it’s central, comfy, relaxing and has everything we need. The beach is a short stroll away for the kids, and the high street on your doorstep. My children are a little bit older than the first time we stayed, and all the board games kept them busy when we weren’t out. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

Clare’s place was a gentle stroll in to Fram, which is so pretty. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, all Clare’s instructions were very clear. Her communication was excellent and very prompt. I would definitely recommend her cottage to anyone who would like a stay in Framlingham. Thank you.

Great little cottage in an ideal location for Sandringham, local coastal towns and beaches. Bright, airy and well-done out inside. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the cottage was well equipped and the secure back garden was perfect for us and our dog. We loved the hot tub at the end of a day of walking and exploring, as it was very quiet and private to relax in. There was also some lovely touches, like a pouch of dog treats and milk and butter in the fridge when we arrived. Would not hesitate to come back.

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

We loved staying at this pretty ‘Dreamers cottage! The cottage had everything we needed, towels and bedlinnen crisp clean just how I like it and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The location is not only lovely but super convenient next to the lovely shops and within two ticks from the beach. Parking opposite the pub was super easy too.

Kelly was a friendly and responsive host and her place was a perfect base to stay at after attending a wedding at Henham Barns. Thank you!
