First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

A queen size aerobed mattress is provided for extra sleeping room. Has a 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix/DVD player. Kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked to make any great meal. Dining table seats 4 and kitchen seats another 3. Backyard with fire-pit. Pets welcome. Yard is only partially fenced.

Nested on 3 beautiful acres of fenced land. 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, projector, fire, bbq, plus more! This property is located near multiple event spaces making it ideal for small gatherings or enjoying the countryside. Kids and pets alike with love the vast outdoor space to roam and play.
