Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, breweries, shopping, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pickleball, pools, exercise equipment.

An architect's studio: This modern and unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Local wood and soft touches turn this room into a private hideaway. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.
