Visiting the Ark Encounter? Stay just 15 minutes away in this spotless, comfortable 2-bedroom duplex with a king bed, queen bed and no stairs. Enjoy a full kitchen, two smart TVs, Wi-Fi and convenient access to restaurants and I-75. Traveling with another family or a larger group? The adjoining duplex is also available, allowing groups of up to 8 to stay next door to each other while maintaining separate private spaces. There is no washer/dryer onsite. Retreat to the city and stay in your own private apartment looking out on goats and chickens at pasture, gardens, and lots of green space. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature by night and explore downtown Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Zoo, stadiums, bars, and restaurants by day. All this within a 15 minute drive! While your apartment is entirely private, we do live on-site and are available if you need anything. We are even happy to schedule a time for you to meet and mingle with the goats!

We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost.
