The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Escape to our beautifully renovated king master suite with a kitchenette for the ultimate in relaxation! Our cozy hideaway is tucked away in the back of an end-unit townhome, offering a private entrance and patio accessed via a lovely walking path. Enjoy shows on a new 65" TV or sleep soundly in the plush king-sized bed. The updated bathroom has a double vanity, while the kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, & Keurig. Conveniently located near UNCW, Wrightsville Beach, downtown & NHRMC.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Guest Cottage Near Wrightsville Beach

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Sleeping 4, our cozy little 3 bedroom, one bath, 800 square foot Bungalow is right off Middle Sound Loop Road. Close to everything, this little number is an absolute gem. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. Guests love the location, privacy, pool view, & accessibility. 7 M to Wrightsville Beach 8 M to downtown Wilmington 3 M to Porters Neck 2 M to Mayfair shopping 1 M to Publix Grocery and Starbucks
