Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

Its situated near to the towns of Clara, Tullamore, Athlone and all of the historic sights nearby. The house, which is approached by a gated driveway lined by lavender, consists of the old farmhouse with period features and a modern but characterful extension with open plan living space, furnished with mid century and retro pieces with 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
