Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper 12/6/2025 for the comfort of your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Lone Jack Cabin - Studio Suite

Beautiful private log cabin suite, conveniently located just east of the Kansas City Metro with great highway access. Close to wedding venues: Lone Summit Ranch, Powell Gardens and Stonehaus Winery. All the comforts of home! The suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private bath with shower, whirlpool jetted tub and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, small stove/oven, microwave and sink. Electric grill on private deck.

This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Rock Valley Ranch Farmhouse, 15 acres, sleeps 14

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our newly remodeled farm house in Lone Jack. A beautiful ranch set on 15 acres overlooking a pond and fenced roaming horses. Spend a weekend away to gather with friends and family, host a small group event, or business meeting! The home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms. and an open kitchen designed for entertaining. For outdoor festivities, there are two large porches and a separate pavilion! Located 15 minutes east of Lee's Summit.

The Kit Cabin

Designed by our son George, The Kit turned into a family project, and became our favorite! This small cabin includes a comfy queen bed (linens included), bathroom with toilet, shower, and space-saving sinklet. Living area has A/C and heat, two recliners, plus kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, dishes, silverware. Located in our family-run campground--when you rent this cabin you also get access to the clubhouse with laundry, playground, trails, and creek!

Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Cheerful Blue-Roof Bungalow

Just a few blocks from the University, close to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the base make this Bungalow the ideal spot. This family and pet friendly home comes with a fully fenced in big backyard and is decorated in soft creams, blues and greens for a welcoming, and relaxed feel. After a day of activity, enjoy relaxing on the front porch swing, an evening of Bar-B-Que on the back deck, or a night spent around the firepit.
