This studio style apartment was the perfect place for my overnight stay! It is a beautiful space that is carefully thought out in design and function. I felt safe and extremely comfortable. Truly perfect, it over delivered and was a 10 out of 10.

Nicolas's quaint guesthouse was the perfect hideaway for me and my son. Its painted wood walls and exposed joists summoned a sense of nostalgia for a lost place and time, while other clean, contemporary finishes set us firmly and comfortably in the here-and-now. We also appreciated the modern amenities and decor that helped make our stay so pleasant. Many of our destinations were walkable, and the quiet, charming neighborhood streets made the walks worth it. Nicolas is a communicative and thoughtful host, and Casablanca is as cool and authentic as they come.

The aspen was exactly what we were looking for, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful spot for an Athens visit! Great for parents weekend. We even got to cook a meal for our college daughter and her boyfriend, which was a gift. A great location, walkable to all our needs and a great roost for two for a quick visit. Much more comfortable than a hotel and all we needed!

Only minutes away from Athens via scenic country roads. Easy access. Presumably the pool house of the host but felt private and actually never saw anyone else. Was a fall visit so didn’t use the pool though pool area looked fun.

The location was very convenient and the description matched the accommodations perfectly. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay - met all of our needs and then some. Perfect for a night before the Georgia G Day scrimmage game. Host was super helpful and responsive.

I loved my stay at Jim & Susan’s place. I felt very secluded as it’s located in a quiet area with lots of trees. The hosts are very responsive and nice! The place was very clean and cozy. I would definitely consider booking here again!

The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described the place looks identical to the pictures, If not even better when you actually are there!! Pamela is so sweet and just knowing that she’s a grandmother herself was a great and safe feeling, especially if you’re someone who is traveling alone! The neighborhood was beautiful. The home itself was absolutely gorgeous and just her hospitality was phenomenal. Would absolutely recommend this home as a place to stay! It’s about a 12 minute drive to the Square but still then that’s not bad and it’s super close to everything! 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guest house! It was the perfect size for two adults — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We were visiting our son nearby, and this was such a better experience than staying in a hotel. It felt private, peaceful, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Communication with the host was easy and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Heidi's place was perfect. It is close to town and to shopping. So peaceful! Very comfortable and cute space. We would definitely stay again.

Ben and Ralph are wonderful hosts. A breath taking location with Vampire Diaries history that will amaze you!

It was a beautiful stay, loved the sound of nature and the water features when you walk up made you feel like you were staying at a resort!! The drive to the Airbnb is also beautiful. Overall no complaints :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Treva’s home was exactly as I expected. It was quiet, cozy, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I am so thankful I was able to stay in this space. I felt right at home and safe in the neighborhood and never had to worry about noise. As a random side note, whatever curtains she uses in the bedrooms are superior to any I’ve seen to keep sunlight out. Every morning when my alarm went off I would have thought it was still night time until I opened them. It’s so hard to find a space that is dark enough at night/early morning for me and I am so appreciative of the efforts she’s made to keep the space comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. I hope to stay again if she will have me!

Loved the tiny house! It was the perfect location for doing all the things downtown and on campus. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful little home! We will definitely be back without the kids to enjoy a weekend just us!

We had a wonderful stay at René’s apartment! It was right beside the Lockwood Mansion and walking distance to Covington Square (aka Mystic Falls). We were only there for 3 days but it was so nice having a fabulous, homely apartment to return to after walking around Mystic Falls. We did the Vampire Stalkers/Mystic Falls tour and the starting point was only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. René and Emily were wonderful hosts and gave perfect instructions for everything. The apartment was spotless and had plenty of blankets and towels. It was a magical stay!

Our stay at Kari’s Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Kari went above and beyond to make my sweet girl’s 13th birthday truly unforgettable. The space was not only stunning and spotless, but also filled with warmth and charm that made us feel right at home. Kari had everything set up so perfectly—it felt like walking into a dream. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even more special. My daughter was glowing with joy the entire time, and we created memories we’ll cherish forever. I can’t thank Kari enough for her kindness and care. If you’re considering staying here—don’t hesitate. It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Carnita’s place was wonderful. It was nice and cozy and very clean and comfortable. I was in love with the standing shower and decor! The smell of the bedding and pillows was amazing! Only downfall is of neighbors multiple dogs constant barking while you’re coming and going, didn’t really hear them any other time. I understand this isn’t Carnita issue so I’m not blaming, the place was great! We would stay again!

This is by far the most tranquil place I’ve been in; it had all of the vibes of home. Hearing the rooster as an early morning wake-up call brought back fond memories of my grandparents. I’m on assignment for a few more weeks and I would love to come back when this beautiful cottage is available!!

This couple are the most friendly hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend their place if you’re looking for peace and privacy!
