Great apartment, very convenient layout with two bedrooms both with enclosed full bathrooms. Easy check in instructions and very responsive host. Gym is brand new and has good equipment. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone.

We spent a weekend in Athens. The accommodations were very nice and are as depicted in the pictures. The apartment has plenty of towels and it actually sleeps 7 comfortably. Kendra was ALWAYS immediately responsive, including approving an early check-in and with providing a working entry code. The apartment is in a gated community with restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kendra's place. We had 3 couples (6 adults) and a small dog and didn't feel cramped. For sleeping arrangements, we just put the two futons together in the living room and put sheets on it to make a third "full bed". If you have 3 couples, I recommend bringing a queen air mattress to set on top of the combined futons or use alone. There's plenty of room. The pool and fitness center were a short walk from the apartment. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Kendra responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown and super convenient to visit UGA. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well, very proactive and responsive. Place looks exactly like the pictures in person.

We loved our stay! Kendra was very nice, and responded extremely quick. The place was as advertised and even more spacious in person. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the check-in/check-out instructions given were very clear. Would recommend this stay to anyone on a weekend trip!

The place matched the description perfectly and was in a great location—super close to all the fun spots around town. The hosts were super responsive and always online, ready to help with directions or anything else we needed. The pool was more of a “refresh-your-feet” situation than a swim session, but hey, it still counts! 😄

The apartment was impressive when we first walked in. It was cool and clean. Kendra was quickly response to any needs that we had. I would definitely stay there again. The amenities were nice as well. A great place to stay in Athens!

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

I was with a group that was looking for a convenient, clean and safe location in downtown Athens, and this place was great. Centrally located, on site parking for multiple cars, attractive unit with great beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of supplies. We were worried that it would be noisy since it was downtown on a weekend, but the location of the unit on the 6th floor combined with the location in the building minimized the noise levels. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some refreshing due to wear and tear, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again. We also loved that Jittery Joe's coffee was offered around the clock in the lobby, and the personnel on the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful, but in advance and during check in and check out.

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

Such a beautiful condo with a great view & very clean! A responsive & friendly on-site staff 24/7, helps make you feel more safe & at home for all of your needs. Staff were very knowledgeable of the area & were great to work with. Parking was perfect & greatly appreciated! Within walking distance to all restaurants & entertainment! I’ll definitely be booking this location again!

Great location. Check in and check out were simple. Also great having an assigned parking spot. Not a big space but fine for two people.

Great location, it was very easy to explore downtown Athens. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have on-site parking. It very much has a hotel feel, though we rarely saw other guests. Overall it was pretty quiet, and well-maintained. The only minor complaint would be that the garbage truck stops at the fish place next door about 6AM some days. That will wake you up! Overall a good place, we would definitely consider staying staying here our next time in Athens.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Athens for a friend’s wedding. Very close to downtown and campus. The location and the apartment were both perfect.

What a wonderful place to stay for a busy weekend! Megan and Jeff were wonderful hosts and their home is just gorgeous! We hope to be back next year...without falling down!

Natasha's place is absolutely beautiful and extremely peaceful. I was in Athens for a medical procedure and her place was the perfect place to recover. It was so nice to sit and enjoy all the wildlife right on the lake. If you're ever in Athens Natasha's place is definitely a must and please try The National restaurant, the food and drinks are amazing.

The friendly host, the adorable pets, and the peaceful residential neighborhood were a lifesaver on the day of the graduation and commencement ceremonies, when every spot in Athens was overpriced and completely booked.

Great stay at this house. It’s in a nice peaceful walkable neighborhood although it would be a far walk to the town square. We appreciated the space having 2 bathrooms plus an exercise room (something you don’t always see in AirBnBs!) The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the backyard is private and peaceful. The owners were very responsive too.

Covey Park was a great place to call home for an extended stay in Covington. Very private and secluded while being a stone’s throw from the highway. Sean was a great host; extremely fast to respond and very accommodating. There is plenty of space for a small family to stretch their legs. Our dog loved the wide open yard. Thanks for opening your home to us, Sean!
