There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, walk over the sand dune to a quiet, peaceful beach for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm. The Cozy Beach House

We keep it simple here in this small, cozy, clean, and charming, home. House is great for 1 or 2 maybe 3 people. A 10 minute walk, to a public access, that takes you straight to the beach. Golf cart available for use . There are a few public parking spaces. 10 minutes to Norfolk International Airport. The Oceanview Pier is a great place to fish and have dinner and is only 3 miles away. Come and enjoy! There is also a NEW CASINO only 20 minutes away.

Private beach access, Chesapeake Bay views, and kayaks and paddle boards included. This waterfront home is made for slow mornings, beach days, sunset evenings, and time on the water. My husband and I renovated the interior ourselves with comfort and simplicity in mind. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided so you can settle in easily and enjoy the bay.
