Each room has private entry & your own car park There is a bar fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster tea/coffee facilities, crockery & cutlery There are laundry facilities on site. Situated in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood, the flat is right next to our house. This is therefore suited for people who want a place to ‘chillax’ before and after a day/night at the phenomenal town of Byron Bay. We recommend that you book a place right in the middle of town if you are after somewhere inside the Byron town. We are 30mins leisurely walk/7mins car ride away from the town itself. Self-contained flat with a good-sized kitchen, sleeps 4 comfortably, but able to fit 5 people.

Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

The outside sitting area under the fragrant frangipani tree and garden is tranquil and relaxing for an afternoon drink. Crisp white linen is provided along with beach towels. The unit is airconditioned with TV, Netflix and free WIFI.
