You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

Fairway Villas

Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

The Lake Loft in St. Simons Island

Relax at our cozy boho-feel getaway spot on Lake Turner minutes from the beach, shops, and Village. A quiet, studio-esque space walking-distance to Gascoigne Park (disc golf!), St. Simons Marina, Epworth By the Sea, and a recently added tandem kayak to play on the lake. The space features three beds, a hammock chair, mini-kitchen coffee/tea bar with Berkey water. Also a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun filtering through the live oak trees above.

The green door is a newly built studio apartment, in the heart of SSI, a bike ride away from the beach and walking distance from bars and restaurants in nearby Redfern Village. This Apartment, located within the historic district, is part of a triplex house. The apartment is on the second floor and offers shared front porch living space only. Each apartment has their own kitchen, bathroom, living space. Walk or ride bikes to the heart of downtown Brunswick, Ga where you will find many restaurants & breweries. No pets allowed.
