It is a 14 minute walk to the beach and the Ocean City boardwalk, and within walking distance to many Ocean City attractions. Northside Park on 125th St is a quick walk to watch soccer tournaments or July fireworks. Park your car in the lot and take the OC bus for $4 all day.
