Newly renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, cornholes, and a screened in Heated pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.

Relax at this unique tropical canal front house with direct Tomoka River access. Accessible by boat or car with waterway that connects to the Intracoastal.
