I live on the second floor, and there's one other neighbor on the third. Walk to Golden Gate Park. This is a brilliant getaway for advanced surfers; you step right off the beach into our yard. It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

We have ample street parking with minimal restrictions.

If you have a regular sized car or SUV, you'll always have a dedicated parking spot on the street right in front of the house blocking (but not in) the driveway.

There’s also a Dyson air/heat/purifier. One block to beach, N-Judah, shops, & restaurants. One block away is San Francisco’s newest park “Sunset Dunes”
