Kysyttäessa patja järjestyy viidennelle. Asunnossa on lattialämmitys ja ilmalämpöpumppu viilentää kesähelteillä. Lähikauppa on lähes nurkan takana ja kauppatorille on n. 250 m.

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Looking for old house charm with modern twist? Welcome to our house on Seminariegatan in Nykarleby, one of the town's most idyllic locations. Touches of traditional and modern Nordic design. Our house was put up in the year 1900 but the logs probably much older. It is ideal for spending time together in front of the fire, cooking, a walk in the forest, bathing in the outdoor wood heated sauna, or weather allowing hanging out on the terrace. The house is fully equipped.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. Cute house in the centre of Nykarleby. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a convertible sofa in the upstairs hallway. Fully equiped kitchen, and a big outdoor patio with grill and outdoor seating. A big sauna is located in the bathroom. The house is our private recidence, and we have our belongings in the house. The house is located 350m from a supermarket.
