I had a wonderful stay at this villa! The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to that scenery every day was a real treat. The overall ambiance was calm, cozy, and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of room to unwind, dine, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff was amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special shoutout to the chef Ranga who was fantastic and prepared delicious hotel-style meals that made the experience feel even more luxurious. it was a truly memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with great service and stunning views.

We had a lovely stay in Bird Nest! The view from the room was absolutely stunning, just like in the pictures. The room itself was comfortable and matched the listing, with working AC and hot water in the shower. Tenna and his wife were incredibly kind; they even welcomed us with tea when we arrived and again before we left. Tenna also helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. We did notice a few insects in the room, but it’s something that could be easily managed with insecticides. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Bird Nest to travelers looking for a peaceful stay with warm hospitality in Kandy.

Hashitha was a perfect host. Check in was quick and professional, but also personable. My host was in easy reach, if needed, but I was allowed my privacy. The whole experience was brilliantly enhanced, by being able to sit on the veranda and take in the fabulous gardens. All in all an experience to hold fond memories of.

Der Aufenthalt bei Achala war perfekt! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern. Der Ausblick ist sensationell! Das eigene Bad ist über einen Gang im Freien erreichbar und riesig. Es gibt eine offene Dusche, einen beleuchteten Spiegel etc. Das Klima ist perfekt und abends wird es angenehm kühl. Durch die großen Glasscheiben wir es morgens allerdings früh hell und sehr warm. Wir hatten keine Mosquitos! Achala und seine Familie sind super sympathische Hosts. Die Unterkunft war im Vergleich sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach Kandy dauert es etwa 25 Minuten und es ist möglich mit Uber, Tuk Tuk oder Bussen zu fahren. In Kandy können wir das Banana Chill Cafe sehr empfehlen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt perfekt (vielleicht etwas zu kurz) und wir können das Air BnB absolut empfehlen.

Upul ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum! Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß (größer als auf den Bildern) und perfekt für 4 Personen. Die Möbel sind moderner als man es auf Sri Lanka gewohnt ist. Upul hat uns sogar seine Waschmaschiene zur Verfügung gestellrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Ambuluwawa Tower ist ca. 10 Minuten (Tultuk) entfernt. Reisenden mit einem Tuktuk würden wir empfehlen das Tultuk nicht ganz oben bei der Unterkunft zu parken, es sei denn man ist schon sehr erfahren. Wie haben es gerade so bei Regen hoch geschafft. Es geht ziemlich steil Berg hoch. Mit einem Mopet oder Auto geht es besser. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen! 🙂

Wow! This place is incredible, if you love golf you’ll be in heaven. I’ve never played at a more friendly club ever! The members are so welcoming and we made some awesome friends here that we will keep in touch with. Alan is a great host and did even more than required we feel really privileged to have met such wonderful people. His property is amazing, you won’t be disappointed, along with his care taker and house keeper we felt relaxed, safe and well looked after. Our 10 day stay here will be hard to beat, we can’t wait to come back!

My family and I loved staying at sunsky cottage, the hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating. The home itself is beautiful with serene views and stunning home design. Dumith and his wife were responsive when it came to any issues, and very sweet when we asked about recommendations. The home itself is a little further away from the centre, around 30 minutes. However there are a couple of good spots nearby to eat.

Amazing place to stay if you are traveling with the family.

这是我整个斯里兰卡行程住的最有情调的房子了！到的时候刚好是落日时分，站在大露台上可以看到灿烂的夕阳太阳缓缓落下！晚上对面的山上灯火辉煌，我们在躺椅上抬头可见看到满天的星星，简直不要太美！房间超级大，无敌干净，当然还有更加热情加热心的房东，开车带我们去逛超市！我们还在超大厨房做了晚饭和早饭。推荐给所有小伙伴，这就是feel home. This is a highly recommended place to all the friends. You can see the sunset here，you can see the bright lights in the evening,you also can see the stars in the sky. The room is big and clean. The host is hospitable.This is a gorgeous place.

We booked Cheshan's place in less than 12 hours before arriving. The host quickly replied to our questions. He and the caretaker were very helpful and agreed to take our luggage for storage before checking in. The place itself is lovely and within walkable distance to the center and the lake. The apartment is in the new building with underground parking and a pub nearby. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this apartment for fellow travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at Kushan’s place! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the host was super responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend! Once again Babu(caretaker) was so humble and helpful.

It was a great plessure to us stay in Samantha's place. appartement was very nice & clean. it was very comfirtable to stay there.appartement located in very calm place. City and supermarkets were within 1.5km. Samantha's appartement have a good city view. Highly reccomonded Samantha's place and willing to stay there on my next visit to nuwara eliya.

Great base to explore Kandy. A very warm welcome is guaranteed from Chitra and her family. We did the cookery class with Chitra and her delightful daughter Hasara - can't wait to show off our new culinary skills to friends back home!

It was an amazing place and the host Irshad and his team was very attentive and helpful throughout our whole stay. I highly recommend this place.

Great value for money for 6 of us. Each bedroom has its only lovely clean bathroom. washing machine was great to have access to. kitchen well appointed & property big enough to feel comfortable in for a group our size

The flat in Nuwara Eliya was perfect for what we needed: two nights in a clean and spacious apartment. The flat has everything you need to make you feel like home: comfy beds, TV with access to smart tv, great kitchen, fridge, etc. It’s also very close to the Gregory lake and an amazing cafe that we went to for the 2 mornings we were there: Ayurveda Coffee Shop. Communication with Jeni was fine too, although we never met, the arrangements to check in/out were easy and clear.

Die Unterkunft war etwas schwierig zu finden, da man die Anlage über die Tiefgarage betreten musste. Die Schlüssel erhielten wir dann über einen Hausmanager. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und kann mit dem Aufzug bequem erreicht werden. Sie sah aus wie auf den Bildern und war sauber. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein. In der näheren Umgebung waren tolle Restaurants.

The Grand Winterbury apartment was a great find for us to stay in Nuwera Eliya. Not far from the city centre yet private location. The apartment was well maintained with functioning kitchen with necessary equipment to make tea or coffee and to make a small meal.

Jason’s place was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Nuwara Eliya. We were a party of 4 travellers and loved our stay thoroughly! Highlights: - Central location; a 5 minute walk from the supermarket and restaurants - Spacious; comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 different bedrooms. 2 bathrooms makes life easy! - Comfy beds; slept like a dream - Fluffy blankets; warm & soft - Downstairs restaurant is delicious - Super easy check-in & checkout - Free parking on premises - Secure; apartment complex felt safe All round, we felt that Jason’s place was amazing value for money! 😁
