K dispozici je 6 lůžek. 1 manželská postel a 5 jednolůžek. + 1 skládací dětská postýlka. Kouření pouze na balkoně - povoleno. Parkování v ulici před domem zdarma. Byt je vybaven moderním i vintage vybavením. Obývací pokoj je převážně vybaven nábytkem, který mě obklopoval celé mé dětství. Nábytek jsem si nechal jako vzpomínku na dětská léta prožitá s rodinou. Bruselský styl je populární díky svému nevšednímu zpracování a hlavně barevné hravosti. Ve chvíli, kdy jsem se rozhodl tento byt pronajmout mě napadlo zprostředkovat i mým hostům část z atmosféry přelomu 50tých a 60tých let minulého století.
