"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.
