We couldn’t have asked for a better fall weekend up north. The colors were fabulous and the lake was gorgeous. Ben and Alessia’s cottage is wonderful and has a prime location on the lake. They had all amenities that we could ask for in the cottage. All the beds were very comfortable and the living room is cozy. The fire pit outside was great to have a bonfire too. Everything was so nice and clean and there was easy access to whatever we needed. We had no complaints about anything and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation up north!

The condo was clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed, and the furniture was comfortable. The condo had a great view of the lake. The host was responsive and accommodating. We’d definitely come back to this condo when we travel in the area again.

Very comfortable stay! We had a group of 9 friends - the kitchen and living room was a little smaller than we thought but there was plenty of comfortable space in the bedrooms and upstairs bedroom loft. The walk to the Disciples 8 ski lift is super easy which made skiing so fun and accessible!

Exactly as pictured and was very well equipped with what we needed (bring ground coffee). We took advantage of the private beach club - what a gem! I can see this being a great spot for all seasons. The only thing (which is out of the control of the owners) is that you’ll definitely hear your neighbors upstairs and on the deck. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a blast! Close proximity to a chair lift. If there had been more snow, we could have skied straight to the chair lift.

Very good air bnb, has everything you need and clean. Beds are comfy and host is very helpful for any questions and responsive

Jim’s place was fantastic! Perfect size and perfect location! It was unfortunately raining most of the time we visited, but having the space to all be together inside was so perfect!

Great host and location for a quick family stay. We really enjoyed the sheep and our interactions with bandit. House was great for us.

The house is exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen had everything we wanted for cooking. It’s a great spot if you’re skiing at boyne highlands or nubs nob. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. The check in time is 7pm which is a little late I think but Larry allowed us to check in a bit early which was great.

Overall wonderful stay. Bring coffee, they have pot but only day way. I’ll be back.

Great little Chalet in the middle of the woods. Second time staying here and would love to come back for a third time. You cannot go wrong staying at Rachael's place:)

Tressia was a great host who was quick to communicate, proactive and helpful. When the cleaning was completed she reached out immediately to let us check in early. We were also allowed to have a later check out since the availability worked out. The residence was larger than expected and comfortably accommodated our group of 7. We easily could have had more people. The residence was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable and warm. The decor is a 90s feel and could be updated but matches the charm of Northern Michigan. The condo above can be noisy with hearing footsteps so light sleepers beware or plan to sleep on the ground floor instead. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience and the location right on the slopes was the best I've had in skiing in Michigan. We would stay again!

Connie's place is a lovely space for 1-2 people. Plenty of room to get around the condo and everything was up to date. The decor was very lovely providing a sense of peace and calm. I enjoyed the nature surroundings as well. Thank you Connie.

We had another fabulous family vacation at The Loon Cottage! We love it so much that we keep going back year after year!❤️

Second time staying at Roberts place. It was perfect the first time and perfect the second time. Well laid out condo, with many thoughtful amenities. Parking is great too.....right next to the door. We will be back for sure!

What a wonderful place to have a great ski weekend. The house had everything that we needed. I felt like the kitchen was very well stocked. They did a great job of communicating. I felt as though the instructions were clear and they were very specific.

The condo was clean, cozy and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Boyne mountain resort had to offer. It was only a short walk across the parking lot to the Boyneland lift which made it so easy to go back for food, dry gloves or a short rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Fran’s listing was very clean, and fit all of our needs. Lots of extra blankets, had really nice warmers in the bedrooms downstairs… very clean. I asked a lot of questions, and Fran was so quick to respond every time. Incredibly hospitable. She is the best host I’ve worked with yet. Thank you so much for hosting our family/group for a wonderful ski weekend… we will be back !

Loved the proximity to ski hill, restaurants and towns. Place was comfortable and nicely appointed. The only drawback was the master bathroom was only a half bath and that was not made clear.

Looking for a place that exceeds every single one of your expectations?! If so, book this place now. I booked it for a quiet, relaxing weekend for my bachelorette party with my Moms, sisters, and Aunt/Cousin. It was stunning and perfect. Brook and the rental company were always available - even before you knew you needed them! I always take my own sheets and pillow because….well, I’m a clean freak (that’s putting it moderately), but I didn’t use any of them. The laundry, bedding, and everything was so clean and neat, I didn’t feel the need to impose my own belongings where I normally would. The hot tub was an added bonus and we got our share of use out of it. My sister works for a pool/spa company and commented on how well cared for the spa was!! And just the overall layout - absolutely gorgeous in the fall. Book with Brook. You won’t want to leave, and you won’t leave disappointed.

We truly loved Jennifer's house! It was cozy, super clean, free of knick-knacks, soft sheets and well-appointed. The house had oodles of thoughtful touches to make our stay even more comfortable. I appreciate the "little" things - like enough bathroom hooks, a place to put your luggage, fans, games, extra blankets, touristy literature about the area, a stocked kitchen - Jennifer had them all, plus some! Host had excellent communication and speedy response times. She is well organized and it shows! We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our time and liked being close to the ski hill. It was really nice having two separate living spaces for the kids and adults. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space for everyone to eat together. Host communicated well. Would definitely return.

Can't say enough good things about this space! My husband and I checked out on our last day and immediately wanted to make it a yearly tradition. We loved this little secluded cabin. It's private, tranquil, amazing amenities and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend.
