Nuova Scozia: soggiorni in minicase

Liane's cottage provided a nice quiet getaway. Surrounding area is remote but perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The hot tub was really nice though available times were somewhat limited, but perhaps understandable given our fairly last minute booking. Would love to come back in the summer when the weather is warmer and the trees have all filled in. Otherwise, the cabin was cozy and well-appointed and the hosts were accommodating and very responsive.

This place is amazing! The cabin was super clean, the self-check in went smoothly and there is even a sauna!

Ton was welcoming and amazing host. We loved the place and beautiful ocean views. Would definitely come back.

Die Unterkunft von Zach ist 12/10. Meine Familie (4 erwachsene Personen) und ich hatten erst eine andere Unterkunft für Prince Edward Island gebucht und wurden bitter enttäuscht, sodass wir ziemlich schnell wechseln mussten. Zach hat uns spontan am selben Tag noch persönlich empfangen und seine Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen: es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos - wie in einem Pinterest Board oder „schöner wohnen“- Katalog. Zach hat das ganze Haus mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dabei wirklich auf nichts vergessen: die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt viele gut riechende Handtücher, ein gutes Wlan.. Das Haus hat eine beeindruckende Aussicht, einen magischen Lichteinfall und eignet sich auch besonders gut für schöne Fotos/Videos. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass überall schöne Blumenbouquets aufgestellt waren.

Martina's place was perfect for our honeymoon. We stayed there a week and it's just what you need for 2 people. The location was fantastic with being on the water, and not in the bustle of the real touristy areas. Nice and out of the way, but still only 1.5 hours from all the Anne of Green Gables stuff and 45 minutes to Charlottetown. Blossom was great fun. We didn't have time to do any biking of the confederation trail, but we made use of the kayaks one morning and had a bonfire one night. Martina was super helpful with providing wood for a bonfire and giving us suggestions on places to go/things to see in the area/on the island.

Chris is the ultimate Airbnb host! She is so friendly and welcoming, especially loved her cookies and muffins!! This cottage is so perfect; amazing view, lots of fun walking trails close by, comfortable bed and impeccably stocked. One of our favourite places to stay, we will definitely be back!!

Our second time at this great location. Close to Annapolis Royal that includes the terrific Farmer's Market on Saturdays and shopping in the quaint downtown area. Grandkids LOVE the hot tub. Incredibly place to relax and unwind…. All the extra touches to an already stunning view made this a place to never want to leave. The cottage was perfectly cleaned and stocked and the hosts were kind and responsive. Will be back.

One of the best places i have ever stayed in, the beauty of this place cannot be described in words, you must visit to experience it, and Nicole is not only wonderful host but amazing person as well, she is very friendly and take a good care of her guests. Couldn’t say better things about our stay! It was clean, all set up with fire logs ready to go for a fire, wood fired hot tub was ready for us and heated up to hop in right away! Amazing views, woke up to the sun rise over the water that we watched in bed each morning! It was just a perfect gateway and way to recharge! Thank you so much Jenn!

A wonderful getaway on the south shore, near some of Nova Scotia's most beautiful locations. The tiny cabin is cute, cozy, and incredibly thoughtfully built/furnished/decorated - perfect blend of rustic and luxe! The area is peaceful and restorative, and the private little sauna out back is an absolute gamechanger. Strongly recommend and hope to be back!

Wonderful relaxing private getaway! All the amenities and more on site. Very responsive host and lovely fresh breakfast delivered this morning. Our dog also had a blast!

My husband and I had an amazing weekend! I could write a novel on all the things we appreciated, but I’ll write our favourites here: - great communication and recommendations from Adam and Andrea on things to do in the area - a bottle of wine to welcome us - fresh coffee beans for morning coffee - a well seasoned Napoleon grill - top notch kitchen stuff (we love to cook in our space) - heated towel rack - hot tub (which we will use next time we come up) - fat tire bikes I could go on, but safe to say this is one of our favourite spots and will be back. Highly recommend.

Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The area is beautiful and quiet. The kayaks are great to paddle around in the calm water, and the fire pit is perfect for cooler evenings. We had numerous cloudy days and no trouble with the solar power. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway, this is the perfect spot for you. Relaxing mornings spent sipping coffee while enjoying the peaceful sound of the river flowing and evening dips in wood fired hot tub. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Also, highly recommend making a trip into town to Schoolhouse Brewery, very dog friendly patio and welcoming staff.

My partner and I had such a wonderful and relaxing time away. This place was a perfect get away from the city. It was cozy and very private. It was very clean. There was bottled water provided for us upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was our favourite part of the stay. It was clean and so warm! It was a perfect size for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We were fortunate to have such a mild weekend at Josh's place. A New year's Eve paddle and evening campfire allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. Josh's place is a little gem privately tucked away for a weekend getaway. We look forward to getting back there again. .

Cute tiny home located near the water (not for fishing or swimming) but had a nice view! Inside was clean and had all the linen and towels. Very comfy bed. Stairs are a bit steep to get to the bedroom and the ceiling is low. Overall we had a great stay!

My dog, girlfriend, and I stayed at The Petite Retreat for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The area was close to the ferry and there were plenty of things to do in the area. Alana gave great recommendations on places to visit (highly recommend Cape Forchu) and there were some great food spots within a close driving distance. Alana was very reliable when it came to communication and instructions. The only drawback was that there was no running water but there is water access in the tiny home so very small problem with a easy solution. I will definitely be recommending The Petite Retreat to any friends interested in visiting Nova Scotia!!

I had a wonderful stay at The Bear's Den. Liana is a warm, friendly host who communicates clearly what she expects and keeps the treehouse beautifully clean and tidy. She has created a peaceful oasis on her large property and gone the extra mile with the well-marked trail to the river. I'm looking forward to returning for another forest retreat.

My stay at Triangulair was truly one of the best weekends I’ve had this year. The cabin setup was absolutely charming and exactly what I was hoping for—every detail felt thoughtfully designed. From the galaxy of stars above to the big-eyed owl in the trees, I couldn’t decide between staying cozied up by the fireplace inside or heading outdoors to cook up some delicious meals. The cabin’s book selection was fantastic, and I spent one whole evening captivated by books about Nova Scotia, which were so interesting and added a special local touch. Triangulair was perfect in the fall, and I can’t wait to come back in the summer to experience it in a new way. If you’re looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway, this is the place!
