Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

There is a large shower room, kitchenette, utility area, private entrance with parking and your own courtyard.

La Terraza 2 bed with balcony. Nottingham hockley

La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.

Quiet & Spacious 7th floor City Centre Apartment. Major tourist attractions on your doorstep. Close to train, bus and tram stops. East Midlands Airport only 30 minutes by car. Theatre Royal & Motorpoint arena are a 5 minute walk away. We also have a temporary single bed for children under 7, if told its needed in advance. Jan 2026, the flat has been redecorated, and some new bits and bobs have been added.
