Clean and comfortable! Great jumping off point to explore the peaks district. Very reasonable walk to the centre of town with lots of food options. Do be wary of the stairs into the flat, as they are very steep, and the second bathroom is also very tight. People with mobility issues be aware of these limitations. Thanks for our stay, we had a lovely time.

Convenient in the center of Burton, with stores across the street and good parking. Well appointed, modern apartment with laundry. A welcome, easy stay in the middle of a long business trip.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Good location shops and restaurants walking distance, very comfortable room and quiet. I have stayed a couple of times and would go back again.

Staying for over 2 weeks in this property in Chesterfield was an excellent choice. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, overall neat. Easy access and within walking distance to Chesterfield town center, a 15 minute walk to Chesterfield train station and access to buses. The property has all the needed amenities, comfortable and a restful place to be. It is as featured in the photographs. Parking space for one vehicle. The advantage of choosing this property is it has 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, kettle and toaster. No coffeemaker machine but that's not an issue, Instant Nescafé coffee is provided, plus tea and condiments for cooking. Our host was very attentive and quick to respond. The front door opens with an app, also a pin number can be provided by the host, I suggest you get the pin number and use it as the connection with the app at times was slow. For sure, without a doubt, it is the place to stay.

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.

Gorgeous stay over the bank holiday weekend. Very peaceful location yet close to local amenities. Walks on the doorstep and a nice paddock to rent up the lane. Secure area at the back of the property for our dogs. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Easy to communicate with hosts who live next door and always on hand whilst leaving you to it.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, easy to locate and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and bars. It’s right next to the station so easy to access. Patrick, was friendly and helpful in the build up to my stay and during my stay. Massively recommend.

I loved the space, right in the town centre, unfortunately I was a bit to busy with work to appreciate the area but hopefully I will return in the future for a more relaxed stay

Very plesant and spacious apartment. Juliet was flexible with our check in and check out times. She communicated very well and promptly. We initially could not find the cuttlery but she replied promptly to my message explaining where to find them. Overall a very pleasant place, where we had a lovely stay. We found it a bit pricey, though, which may have been linked to the location and the Easter weekend; I am not sure. Otherwise everything was really great. Thank you Juliet !

My husband and I stayed here to attend Newark Showground and it was a good distance. The accommodation was perfect and self-contained so we had the privacy needed as we returned late some nights. The flat was amazing and an excellent use of space to make it feel spacious and at home with everything you need for your stay. In particular, Sarah was very helpful and responsive and which made our trip so much more doable and easier. Thanks Sarah x

A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. Kieran was a great host, great speedy communication, very clear arrival instructions. A friendly gated apartment area, would recommend. Thank you Kieran.

Sam's place was really nice and and very well designed and decorated. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Sam is very helpful and her responses are really quick which was really kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed at Kirsty before. Its a convenient spot for us to stay at and see the grandchildren. Kirsty is a friendly host and the communication was excellent.

Great cosy basement room - everything spotless. Really easy to checkin in - lots of clear instructions. 5 minute (uphill!) walk to a lively parade of bars restaurants and shops. A lovely stay.

Very clear instructions for finding and getting in the appartment. The area was very cozy and really beautiful to walk around in. The appartment had everything I needed and a lot of useful instructions. Would come here again when visiting Nottingham!

Amazing place. Will absolutely stay here again. A peaceful retreat amidst the busy city. Great location and great for people watching.

We had a great long weekend here, 2 adults, 2 young children. Scott was able to provide and cot and highchair for us which saved on space in the car! Very spacious and clean, and everything you could need. We used it as a base to visit National Forest Adventure Farm, Twycross Zoo and the Stickman Trail at Hicks Lodge which were all great days out!

James accommodated us with a very late booking. Absolute rock star. Very helpful. Instructions spot on. Great place would love to stay again.
