Diese Unterkunft ist von der Lage und dem Ausblick etwas ganz Besonderes! Ich konnte gar nicht aufhören auf das Meer zu blicken, Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Christina kam 5x/ Woche um zu reinigen, damit hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet. Sie und auch Panos, der Poolmanager, waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch Marc war vorher erreichbar und sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation. Das kleine Häuschen liegt am Hang und ist vom Parkplatz aus über Treppen nach oben erreichbar. Es ist klein, aber fein. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Sitzecke (Sofa) könnte größer sein, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, ist nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren zu viert als Familie dort, aber auch das war ok! Die 2 Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils ein kleines Bad. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben die wunderschöne Lage sehr genossen. Was an absolute pleasure of a stay. In short: -Is exactly like the photos -Xhoana is super responsive -Less than 5 minute walk from the beach -Beyond accomodating (Xhoana was happy to fulfill my request of a larger burner in order to book the unit) -Offered my mother a neighbouring unit when she came to visit, making the trip that much more lovely All in all, fantastic hospitality and in a great area at that, couldn't recommend more 🙏🏽

Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Meer, das man im Oktober fast für sich alleine hat! Diese Ruhe ist wirklich traumhaft. Auf dem Balkon hört man nur Meeresrauschen. Das Haus ist recht klein (besonders das Badezimmer), aber architektonisch äusserst gelungen. Die Einrichtung ist unglaublich geschmacksvoll und gestylt: Nichts wurde dem Zufall überlassen. Alles passt zusammen. Eine Schwäche ist, dass das Badezimmer keine Türe, sondern nur einen Vorhang hat. Für Nase und Ohr der Mitbewohner allenfalls eine Herausforderung! Ebenfalls muss man wissen, dass im Oktober der Ort ausgestorben ist. Man findet gerade mal ein offenes Kaffee und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Geöffnete Restaurants und Tankstellen sind ca. 15 Km entfernt! Also: mit vollem Auto anreisen, Wasser nicht vergessen.

Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

We 100% enjoyed our stay at Miranda’s place! Lovely interior right across from the ocean promenade with lots of restaurants and shops near by. Miranda was very helpful and provided not only all the necessary information for our check-in but offered many ideas and tips for our holiday. If you look for a quiet place this isn’t for you as the restaurants and bars on the street below can be very busy.

Lovely place, very clean and spacious. Great location- a few minutes to a beautiful beach. We stayed at the end of the Summer season so it was lovely and quiet and fortunately a few places were still open, there was a shop, restaurant and cafe all in walking distance. Great swimming pool too. Would definately recommend and would love to stay again.

Wonderful villa with stunning garden and lake view. Everything is done well to the last detail and yet you don’t get that Airbnb feeling - you feel like you are at your own country house. The hosts are very kind, helpful and friendly! If you are looking for rest and holistic kind of relaxation, this is the place!
