Close to Norfolk Broads National Park - for birdwatching, canoeing, sailing. Half an hour from the beaches at Winterton, Horsey and Sea Palling for summer days out or winter seal watching. Within easy reach of historic Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Up to 2 pets welcome - for a small charge. Brand new shower room, with underfloor heating.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Studio One is a brand new apartment that adjoins the main house, situated in a rural village location but just 5 miles from the centre of the beautiful city of Norwich. On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, two well stocked village shops, chemist, pub and two takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich. The beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located

Rayners Farm Lodge Mid Norfolk

Rayners Lodge provides beautiful accommodation for 6, with a sociable open-plan Kitchen Diner Lounge & 3 upstairs bedrooms (2 king size beds & 2 single beds) & a family bathroom. Outside there are decking & patio areas plus a small grass garden (dogs or children would need to be supervised as these areas are not secure) A private driveway provides parking up to 4 vehicles - no EV charging.

Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners.
