Please note that our apartment is situated on a slight incline. Additionally, kindly take caution as you plan your visit to the Arctic region, where roads may be covered with ice and snow. Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.
