There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

The cabin is located on 650 acres of privately owned forest accessing the Clarion River and the North Country Hiking Trail, minutes from downtown, Clarion. Take a few steps out the door and trek the North Country Trail along gentle pathways or exert a little more energy to see the Scenic Loops. Next, cool down on your dock on the Clarion River Lake. Swim, fish ,kayak, boat or just relax in the sun. Finish the day dining on he River Overlook deck, the campfire, or a fine local restaurant.

There is something special about being up in the trees, and surrounded by nature. In this cozy treehouse, you will find that no detail has been overlooked. Visit this tiny rural cabin. Now is prime birdwatching season! Bring binoculars. Excellent neighbors, but none in sight. 🙂 Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Our renovated cottage is fully equipped for your stay, conveniently located near local dining, cafes, wineries, breweries, swimming spots, disc golf, and hiking/biking trails. Feel the call of nature as you bring your boats bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and paddleboards to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿
